This was a major decision, and Chris couldn’t be more professional, kind, and knowledgeable.
He was patient
Never pushy, or pressuring me as many in sales tend to do.
He answered all
My many questions and concerns.
Chris was punctual,returned texts and calls immediately, as other stairlift companies were not at all this way in their level of communication.
He brought a sample? And showed me how easy it was to maneuver.
He and his assistant installer -
Al worked well together, and talked to me about every step of the process when they were installing the lift. Al was extremely professional too!
It’s so quiet, sleek, fold up easily, and the color is a tan neutral blends in with my carpet on the stairs. Not visible when people come into my home.
I now need not carry heavy y bags, packages by hand up two flights of steps or worrying about falling or tripping.
The lift takes both me and all my packages.
I kniw this is a great investment, and will also enable my children to feel secure with my safety.
Working along with Chris was a pleasure. He follows thru, and I feel assured that when I have a question in the future, or need him to come back if there is a concern-
He will take care of me
Like he does with all his customers.

Let me start by saying how helpful and informative Chris at Central Florida Stairlift is. I called at least 5 different places about installing two stairlifts for my sister-in-law at her three story condo. Chris gave me so much information and was very easy to talk to and seemed to care about what he does. The other places I called told me it would be 1 to 2 weeks for installation after they came out measure. They never gave me information on the type of stairlift installing, they just weren’t helpful like Chris was. When my sister-in-law made the decision to go with Chris for installation he was there the next day unfortunately he had to come back the next day because we gave him the wrong information on measurements. They came back the next day and the installation went quickly. Thank you again Chris for all your help.

Central Florida Stairlift did a top-notch job in our home, from the initial phone call to completion of installation. They special-ordered a heavy-duty lift at my request, which took less than 10 days, and upon its arrival, installed it right away. They arrived early, which I greatly appreciated, were courteous throughout, and left my home spotless. I highly recommend this company!

I was diagnosed with ALS 2 years ago and found it very difficult to get in and out of my pool. I contacted Chris with Central Florida Stairlift. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful as to what my needs were. He coordinated the pool lift install to be done within 1 week. The installation was done by Ivar who was very professional and knew his stuff! We loved his great personality! This company went above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend this company. Chris is a very informative helpful guy. Starting with my phone call for info yesterday to today when he left these very pleased homeowners. Yes in less than 24 hrs we had a brand new double stairlift. Chris advised us that a curved rail was way above our budget. So we went with two straight rails. So happened he had them is stock. He arrived on time, assessed our needs. Set up an appointment for today, meticulously installed, had us use them and was out of here in 2hrs. All we can say is "WOW!"
